We are seeking motivated Off-Plan Real Estate Agents to join our award winning team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan properties to potential investors and buyers.
- Provide detailed information about projects, floor plans, payment plans, and construction timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, guiding them through the sales process.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest property trends in the region.
- Collaborate with developers to understand the project details and incentives.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report performance to management.
- Attend sales events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to attract new leads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally in off-plan properties.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market, particularly off-plan developments.
- Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed
