Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Real Estate Broker at Square Bay Real Estate in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions between buyers and sellers. Your tasks will include listing and advertising properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales or rental contracts, and providing guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or renting process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market in Dubai
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Good understanding of legal and financial aspects of property transactions
- Proficiency in using real estate databases and online listing platforms
- Organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
- Valid real estate broker license
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is preferred
