Position:Real Estate Brokerage Manager
Role Overview:
As a Real Estate Brokerage Manager, you'll lead our brokerage team in driving property transactions, sales, and client satisfaction. This is a key leadership position with a strong focus on team management, strategic planning, and market insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of brokers to meet sales targets.
- Property Management: Oversee sales, purchases, and rentals, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Strategy & Marketing: Create and implement marketing strategies to generate leads.
- Client Relations: Negotiate and finalize agreements, handle tenant inquiries, and resolve disputes.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all operations meet real estate regulations; prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on UAE market trends to drive optimal business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 5-10 years in real estate brokerage, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Market Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the UAE real estate market, especially in Dubai.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Certification: RERA Brokerage License.
- Languages: Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
- Other: Valid UAE driving license

Work Schedule:
- Days: Monday to Friday(subject to market conditions)
- Hours: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM(subject to market conditions)
