Real Estate Consultant

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.

2. Property Search & Evaluation: Identify properties that meet client criteria, arrange viewings, and assess the properties potential for investment or living purposes.

3. Negotiations: Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, negotiating terms to achieve a favorable outcome.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Certifications & Licenses:

Must hold a valid Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) license to operate as a real estate agent in Dubai.

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage, ideally within Dubai and the UAE market.

Proven track record of successful sales and client management.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including popular locations, price trends, and regulations.

2. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities to facilitate favorable transactions.

3. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.

4. Customer Service Orientation: High level of professionalism and commitment to providing exceptional customer service/after sales service.

5. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple listings, follow up with clients, and handle documentation efficiently.

6. Networking Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to network within the real estate community.

Other Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with real estate software, CRM tools, and MS Office.

Valid Driver's License: Required for property viewings and site visits across Dubai.
