Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Consultants to join our team and specialize in off-plan property sales. As a Real Estate Consultant specializing in off-plan sales, you will be responsible for identifying and securing opportunities within our extensive portfolio of off-plan developments. You will work closely with clients to understand their investment goals, provide expert advice on available properties, and guide them through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing.
  • Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and cultivate leads for off-plan property sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on off-plan investment opportunities.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase available off-plan developments.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, contracts, and lease agreements.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and new off-plan projects.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies for promoting off-plan properties.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within specified timelines.
  • Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan properties preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the off-plan property market, sales process, and legal requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and real estate databases is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
