• Key responsibilities:

Should have the knowledge about recent projects and developers.

• Contact perspective Landlords/Sellers.

Market appraisals at properties.

• Prepare market reports to provide up to date market updates.

Regular contact with clients providing/gaining feedback.

• Requirements and skills:

One year experience of sales as a Real Estate Agent.

• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.

• Strong work ethic.

MS Office familiarity.

• Real estate agents or brokers license is advantage.
