Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Real Estate coordinator to oversee and manage our diverse portfolio of properties. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and legal compliance of all our real estate assets. The Real Estate Coordinator will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to lease and sell properties, thereby maximizing the portfolio's profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with all regulations.

- Coordinate and manage maintenance activities, including regular inspections, repairs, and renovations.

- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure the longevity and safety of properties.

Leasing and Sales:

- Identify and evaluate leasing opportunities to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.

- Manage the leasing process in alignment with family directives, including tenant selection, lease negotiations, and contract administration.

- Develop and execute strategies for the sale of properties, including market analysis, pricing, and marketing efforts in alignment with family directives.

Legal Management:

- Ensure all properties comply with relevant laws and regulations.

- Handle legal matters through pre-approved legal partners related to property management, including lease agreements, tenant disputes, and compliance issues.

- Work closely with legal counsel to address any litigation or legal challenges that arise.

Have a list of all problems per property and have an update status and follow up on open cases

Financial Management:

- Develop and manage the budget for property operations, maintenance, and capital expenditures.

NA- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising the quality of property management services.

- Cost Center allocation of expenses by property

Market Intelligence and Reporting:

- Provide monthly market intelligence reports on the Lebanese real estate market, focusing on geographic areas of greatest interest to the family, including relevant transactions.

- Conduct mark-to-market evaluations of all properties twice per year.

- Maintain an up-to-date list of all problems and opportunities per property, along with their current status.

Stakeholder Relations:

- Maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and vendors.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

- Communicate regularly with the CFO and other family members regarding the status of properties and any emerging issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate management, with a focus on property maintenance, leasing, and legal compliance.

- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously.

- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
