Job Description

Position: Real Estate CRM Manager

Location: Dubai

Salary/Range: As per UAE Standards

Requirement: UAE Experience is mandatory

About us: Aliyas Group is founded by Mr. Ummed Ali Khan in 2007 with the launch of its two flagship companies Land Transport and Bus Rental. In short span of time, the group has expanded its wings into multiple verticals like Commercial Broker, Tours and Travels, Manpower supply Real Estate etc.

We are looking for a highly capable real estate manager to ensure that our property and related finances are optimally managed. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating rental agreements, purchasing supplies, and supervising staff members and groundskeepers.

As the CRM and Listings Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM system and overseeing both primary and secondary listings across various platforms. You will lead a team of 15-20 professionals, ensuring the effective management of leads, listings, and reporting. Your role will be pivotal in driving our sales and marketing strategies, ensuring all listings are accurately registered, followed up, and processed efficiently.
  • Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
  • Utilize and manage the CRM system for maintaining and updating client and listing information.
Ensure all leads and listings are accurately entered and tracked within the CRM.
Listings Management: Oversee the handling of secondary listings on various local platforms.
  • Lead the management of primary listings, including exclusive properties and developer leads.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate a team of 15 to 50 professionals, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
  • Process Optimization:
Develop and implement strategies to improve lead and listing management processes.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in handling leads and listings.
Client Interaction:
  • Ensure a high level of customer service in all client interactions.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Pressure Management: Manage the pressure of high volumes of leads and listings, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Managed and optimized both #HubSpot and #Salesforce #CRM systems for a team of 50+ sales and marketing professionals
Developed and implemented processes to improve data accuracy and completeness, resulting in a 20% increase in #lead conversion rates
Conducted regular #training sessions for team members on HubSpot and Salesforce, including best practices for data entry, #reporting, and automation
Collaborated with the #marketing team to develop and implement email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and #lead capture forms in HubSpot
Built and managed complex #workflows and #automation rules in HubSpot and Salesforce to streamline lead #nurturing and #sales processes
Created custom #reports and #dashboards in CRM to provide #real-time visibility into sales performance and pipeline metrics
Monitored and #tracked KPIs related to pipeline health, lead quality, and conversion rates, and presented findings to senior management on a regular basis
Acted as the primary point of contact for any technical issues or questions related to HubSpot and Salesforce, and provided ongoing support to team members as needed.
  • Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within a large brokerage.
  • Proven experience in handling both primary and secondary property listings.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
