AHS, a premier real estate company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Developer Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale real estate development projects from conception through completion. The Senior Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project management team in the execution of development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against them
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Full Time site attendance to Manage the project and resolve any issues encountered
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, and partners
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management
- Mentor and guide project team members to foster professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in real estate development
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good Knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of real estate development processes and regulations
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is preferred
- Strong experience in Luxury development and renovation
- Good knowledge in MEP and Interior Design scope
- Scoop Management between subcontractors for Provisional sum items
