Job Description
Market, financial and strategic support for targeted/planned real estate.
Market & customer behaviour analysis, along with identification of market product requirements & opportunities.
Analyze project feasibility study.
Being the primary point of contact for all parties and stakeholder of assigned project.
Prepare and update project business plan. Design the financial, sales and construction strategy for the project.
Prepare project action plan then follow-up and update progress on monthly basis.
Manage project documentation, ensuring version control and retrieval as needed.
Project risk identification and mitigation.
Report and present the project s review and performance.

Profile:
Bachelor degree in engineering (Arch.)
10:12 years of experience
5 years minimum in similar positions
MSc or MBA is preferable
