We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Investment Advisor to join our team.

Job Purpose:

A Real Estate Investment Advisor is responsible providing expert guidance to clients looking to invest in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research on real estate markets, trends, and economic indicators.

Analyze property values, rental income potential, and market demand to identify investment opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and freelance.

Engage with potential investors to Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Educate clients on real estate new investment market trends.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor degree

Experience: 1+ years of experience in real estate, Insurance, or Banking Sales

Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
