Key Responsibilities
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives
Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantage
Set and track sales quotas and KPIs
Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, hire, and develop a talented sales team
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training
Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve peak performance
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Expand the company's market reach
Sales Operations:
Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness

Customer Relationship Management:

Reporting and Analysis:
