We are currently seeking to hire a dynamic and resourceful Real Estate Manager to facilitate the ongoing expansion plans of the business. The Real Estate Manager will identify leads and evaluate potential properties for new store locations, focusing on market analysis, financial feasibility, and strategic alignment. The role requires a deep understanding of real estate markets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage all property acquisition and setup phases. The Real Estate Manager will play a critical role in the company's expansion efforts by securing prime locations that align with the fast-food chain's business objectives.
