Are you experienced in enthusiastic and highly detail-oriented Legal Specialist, have worked with a top-tier regional law firm based in Dubai, then you are the one we are looking for.
The ideal candidate will be a key member of the team and will assist in various legal tasks, leveraging your bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Paralegal in a Real Estate Department.
- Strong knowledge of real estate legal processes, documentation, and regulations in the UAE.
Must be available to join immediately- Assisting in property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and leases.
Conducting legal research and compiling reports on relevant real estate matters
- Preparing legal documents and contracts related to real estate transactions.
Managing the property due diligence process.- Communicating with clients and other professionals in the real estate industry.
Coordinating with the team to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Keeping abreast of changes in real estate law and the professional services industry.
Maintaining client confidentiality and upholding the firms professional standards.
- Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Law.- 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Paralegal experience at an international/national law firm.
Strong understanding of real estate transactions and property law.
- UAE experience is a must.
Fluent in English as well as in Arabic.- Excellent research and analytical skills.
Proficiency in preparing legal documents and contracts.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience working in a professional services environment.- Proficiency in using Microsoft software.
