We are working with a prominent family office based in Abu Dhabi, dedicated to managing a diverse portfolio of real estate investments. With a focus on maximizing returns and maintaining long-term asset value, we seek an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee our real estate holdings and drive strategic growth initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing/ positioning/repositioning a dedicated and international real estate living portfolio in order to maximize financial performance including income, asset value and overall return on investment
- Managing asset-, property-, facility managers, 3rd party operators and consultants
- Establishment of annual performance targets, budgets, mitigation of operational risks, and the provision of timely and accurate management reporting
- Development and implementation of portfolio specific strategy in line with the Group Investment Strategy
- Prepare & execute portfolio investment strategies including annual business plans, leasing plans and budgets (operating and Capex)
- Monitor, drive and maximize performance of asset-, property-, and facility managers and 3rd party operators and consultants
- Initiate and drive projects under development together with the projects team
- Initiate and drive feasibility studies on newly identified investment opportunities
- Assist in analyzing new acquisitions, dispositions, developments, refurbishments
- Review existing systems and make recommendations for continuous improvements
- Provide monthly / quarterly / annual reports as required by Management
- Provide regular market intelligence and how trends may impact existing and future investments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in real estate portfolio management, investment analysis, or asset management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets and delivering strong financial performance.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of local real estate markets, regulatory frameworks, and industry dynamics in Dubai and the GCC.
