Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Management: Lead all phases of development, from project inception to delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of engineers, architects, and project managers to execute projects to the highest standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with local government regulations and permitting requirements.
- Financial Oversight: Maintain project costs within 5% of budget and increase profitability by 15% annually through effective cost optimisation.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to deliver exceptional standards of craftsmanship.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with vendors and contractors, negotiating favourable terms to maximise project value.
