We are looking for a
Freelance Real Estate Promoter & Administrator.
The candidate should have experience in real estate, also have excellent communication skills in dealing with the tenants and should hold UAE driving license and has drove in UAE for 2 years at least
- Experience in real estate advertising: Familiarity with top real estate advertising platforms like Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut. Create and manage listings that attract the right tenants.
- Have Experience with Tenancy Contract preparation: Skilled in drafting and managing tenancy contracts in compliance with Official authorities rules and regulations.
- Real Estate Management: The candidate should have experience in controlling properties, including maintenance coordination, rent collection, tenant relations, and ensuring that rules, policies are followed.
- Clients knowledge: he should be smart in reading the optional customers before any sort of any new commitments either leasing or sale by screening them, understanding their profile if whether they are valuable customers or not; talent of negotiation and the ability to convince the customer is also required.
- Availability: Highly responsive, available to answer calls, meet clients, and handle inquiries at any time.
- Presentation: Must be well presented and professional at all times.
