Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and develop relationships with potential buyers and sellers.
- Conduct market research and property valuations to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
- Create captivating property listings and marketing materials that showcase the unique features of each property.
- Conduct property viewings and tours, effectively demonstrating the value proposition to clients.
- Negotiate and close real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for all parties involved.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market trends, regulations, and legal procedures.
- Build a strong network of contacts within the industry, including developers, brokers, and mortgage lenders.
- Exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Maintain a professional and ethical approach in all interactions with clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a demonstrably relevant field (preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong asset.
- A valid Dubai Estate Agent License (required).
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market (preferred).
