Our new company is looking for professional Real Estate Agents to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience in Dubai real estate market. Fluency in English is required. Additional language is an advantage. For this role, we are looking for different nationalities to work with us. Candidates who can speak Chinese, Russian or Arabic will be highly prioritized.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Manage property auctions or exchanges
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate.
- Fluency in English. Additional language is an advantage.
- Proven track record of successful sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations.
- Having a valid UAE driver's license.
