As a Real Estate Sales Agent at Fabri Elite Properties LLC, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and invest in residential and commercial properties, primarily focusing on off-plan and secondary markets. Your main duties will include building client relationships, offering market insights, and guiding clients through the entire sales process.
Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in off-plan and secondary market properties.
Provide clients with expert guidance and advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.- Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase potential investment properties.
Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients to ensure successful transactions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Stay updated on current market conditions, legal regulations, and emerging property trends.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
Proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan and secondary market properties preferred.- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
