Requirements:

• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate brokerage in the Dubai market.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property valuation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven track record of successful real estate transactions.
• Strong ethical standards and professionalism.
• Familiarity with CRM software and real estate platforms.
