- Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Prospect for new clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Creating lists for real estate sale/ rent properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
Prepare and review contracts, lease agreements, and other real estate documents.
- Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals
- Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 1 year experience in UAE Real Estate Industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly motivated and results-driven
- Passionate about real estate and committed to exceptional customer service
* Knowledgeable about current real estate market trends and regulations
- Skilled in collaborative teamwork
