Job Description:

We are currently hiring motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

As a Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and astute negotiation skills. Have strong communication skills and dedication to delivering outstanding customer services.

In this role you will assists clients in purchasing, selling and renting properties.

  • Conduct market research to assess property values and determine competitive pricing.
  • Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes in the real estate industry.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients through entire process.
  • Manage and update listings of available properties.
  • Showcase properties to potential buyers and renters.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize sales or lease agreements.
  • Cultivate and maintain good relationship with esteemed clientele and fellow real estate professionals.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate industry, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele, including VIP customers.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a flair for presenting properties persuasively.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the real estate industry, particularly in Dubai.
  • Adeptness in leveraging digital tools and platforms for sales enhancement.
  • Passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • A Valid Driving License in UAE
  • Proficiency in English is a must, and other languages will be an added advantage.
