McCone Properties are looking for experienced Consultants passionate about achieving outstanding results for their clients to shine within an established team at Dubais leading Real Estate Agency. To achieve outstanding results, our Consultants provide the highest level of service to our sellers and buyers, supported by industry-leading technology and wide-reaching marketing strategies. You will be working alongside fellow experts who are passionate about their areas, inspire success, and drive innovation across our company.

As a Real Estate agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. While previous experience is not required, a strong desire to learn and grow in the field is essential. You will receive comprehensive training in our tailored training academy and support to help you succeed in your new role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to leads and convert them into sales by deeply understanding client needs and demonstrating the best return on investment (ROI) and benefits of their desired projects.
  2. Focus on cultivating long-term client relationships through personalized service and expert advice.
  3. Stay informed about off-plan projects, including their unique selling points, pricing structures, and potential ROI, to provide effective guidance to clients.
  4. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, industry developments, and regulations to maintain high service levels.
  5. Negotiate terms and prices to secure favorable agreements for all parties, and work collaboratively with developers, lawyers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
  6. Assist customers throughout the entire sales process to guarantee a seamless and positive experience.
  7. Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and paperwork for property transactions, ensuring an efficient and smooth process.

What you will need:

  1. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Secondary Consultant in Dubai.
  2. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong sales and customer service abilities.
  5. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
  6. Proficient in using real estate software and online platforms for property listings and marketing.
  7. Valid real estate license or certification required.
