Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Dubai. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing and motivating a team of sales agents, and driving revenue growth. You will oversee property listings, client relationships, and ensure targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, leadership experience, and in-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth, maximize revenue, and increase market share in Dubai's real estate sector.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and success.
  • Client Relationship Management: Oversee client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Act as the point of contact for key clients and investors.
  • Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Property Listings and Sales Oversight: Manage the property listings process, ensuring that all properties are presented effectively and in line with market demands.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Oversee negotiations for property sales, ensuring deals are closed efficiently and profitably.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales reports. Provide regular feedback and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.
  • Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve their skills in sales techniques, knowledge, and client management.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage the sales budget, resources, and tools necessary to achieve sales targets effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, property types, pricing trends, and legal regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals, with a solid track record in closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present, negotiate, and build relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to close high-value transactions and resolve issues effectively.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze market data, sales performance, and financial reports to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, real estate platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
