Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager focusing on the OFF-PLAN Market, you will play a key role in driving sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and contributing to the growth of our secondary market business. This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with a proven track record in real estate sales.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the real estate market.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry, with a focus on the Off-plan market.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and legal requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
