Description
Support and Assist in identifying all current and future Real Estate Requirements to ensure that the company and countrys expansion plans are achieved
Prepare Brand Portfolio expansion plans, layouts and contracts for review by the Country Manager.
Maintain and update records of malls, marketing materials, competitors expansion plan and location.
Prepare presentation of expansion plans, terms and conditions in order to have all financial figures ready for the Proposal to the Advisory Boards
Track the lease agreements for renewals by managing the follow-up with Mall Management
Provide support and research on existing and under construction locations, malls and retail areas.
Support in identifying and proposing brands that suitably suits within the new prospective mall.
Support in analyzing Real Estate projects in order to ensure that right markets are validated accurately
Establish, enhance and maintain strong relationships with the landlords and developers.
Prepare and follow up on Store Validation Report for potential new stores, stores for renovation and stores for closure in close coordination with Local and Regional Finance department
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration
2 Years of experience in Administration or a similar field
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluency in English
