We're seeking an experienced Real Estate Marketing & Advertising Specialist to join our team full-time, on-site in New Cairo. This role is key in shaping and implementing our marketing strategies, conducting market research, creating promotional content, managing advertising campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to elevate Property Network's brand and service offerings.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
• Create compelling promotional materials and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in marketing strategy, market research, and promotional material creation.
• Strong skills in advertising campaign management and client relationship building.
• Proficiency in real estate platforms popular in Egypt, such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Aqarmap.
• Ability to use design platforms like Canva to create visually appealing marketing content.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in real estate marketing or a similar role is preferred.
• Professional use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
