04.Assist buyers in identifying suitable properties, arranging showings, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
05.Represent sellers by marketing their properties, coordinating showings, and negotiating offers.
06.Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local real estate developments to provide clients with informed advice.
07.Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, from contract to closing.
08.Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
09.Contact and engage potential clients, conduct property showings, and provide detailed information about available properties.
