Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Team Leader at Bhive Real Estate located in Dubai. The Real Estate Team Leader will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the real estate team. This includes providing guidance and support to team members, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful completion of real estate transactions. The Real Estate Team Leader will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, fostering a positive team culture, and achieving team targets and goals.

Qualifications

• Must be an Arabic Speaker.
• We prefer Applicants who can bring with 3-4 Sales Agents or Team.
• With UAE Driving License and own car.
• Communication and Team Leadership skills
• Experience in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate
• Proven track record in Team Management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant real estate software and technology
• Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations in Dubai
• Real estate license or certification is a plus.
