Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Team Lead at Gaia Living Real Estate in Dubai. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team of real estate agents. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing property transactions, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth operations. The Team Lead will also handle client inquiries, conduct market research, and provide guidance and support to team members.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in real estate brokerage and transactions
• Proven ability in team management and leadership
• Knowledge of commercial real estate
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant real estate software and databases
• Strong market analysis and research skills
• Additional qualifications in real estate or related fields are a plus
