Realogy Properties, a leading real estate company, is currently seeking a Team Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of real estate professionals

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets

- Provide training and guidance to team members

- Foster a positive and productive working environment

- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and property values

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate

- Professional and presentable demeanor

- Must own a car

- Preferably have experience in New Cairo, New Capital, Sahel, Sokhna, or October

- At least 2 years of experience as a team leader
