As a Real Estate Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the sales cycle by qualifying leads, ensuring successful meetings, and actively participating in deal closure and negotiation. Your contribution to commission management will be crucial in aligning individual and team efforts with business objectives. Here are the key responsibilities for each aspect of the role:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, can speak Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, Dutch is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills and experience in handling customer queries
Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales- Excellent with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Proven experience in telemarketing or telesales
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Knowledge of the real estate industry and regulations in the UAE is beneficial- Dynamic personality and must be able to work under high pressure to achieve KPIs and targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Strategically qualify leads through phone interactions.- Assess client needs and financial capabilities.
Categorize leads based on interest and potential for conversion.
- Document information accurately in CRM.
- 2. Meeting Qualification:
Schedule and organize effective meetings with qualified leads.
- Ensure meetings align with client preferences and team capacity.
Provide relevant information for productive discussions.
- 3. Deal Closure and Negotiation:
Aid RM and clients through the closing process, addressing concerns.- Collaborate on negotiations for mutually beneficial agreements.
Facilitate documentation for finalizing transactions.
- 4. Commission Management:
Record closed deals and commissions accurately in the CRM.
