Create engaging and informative training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and online modules.- Deliver training sessions in-person or through virtual platforms, covering various topics such as real estate laws and regulations, sales techniques, property management, negotiation skills, and customer service.
Undertake regular organization-wide training needs analysis for our staff build a training plan based on needs.
- Adapt training programs to cater to the specific needs and skill levels of different audiences, whether beginners, intermediate, or advanced professionals.
Keep track of changes in the real estate market, including new laws, regulations, technologies, and industry best practices, and incorporate relevant information into training programs.- Maintain a database of potential leaners and attendees for the courses.
Collect relevant data relating to course feedback and key learning and report back to senior management on course feedback and key learnings.
- Experience of training real estate professionals with regards to regulations in the real estate industry, including licensing requirements and ethical standards, to ensure training programs adhere to legal and professional guidelines.
Real estate training including but not limited to RERA training, Listing training for different portals, Bitrix24 training as well.- Designing, organizing and promoting a range of high-quality courses for staff across the organization.
Creating, maintaining and updating a training matrix/log.
- Attend key meetings as required.
Review and identify current training needs, plan and implement a training programmer for the organization and other external learners.- Identifying current and future training needs for the organization.
Planning and delivering high-quality inductions for new starters.
- Focus on delivering positive customer outcomes and managing risk associated with training.
