Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Real-Time Monitoring:

Utilize advanced monitoring tools and software to track and analyze real-time performance metrics, including service level adherence, agent productivity, and system performance.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze real-time data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues affecting operational performance.
  • Provide timely insights and recommendations based on real-time data analysis.

Immediate Decision-Making:

  • Make informed, real-time decisions to address fluctuations in workload, staffing levels, and operational requirements.
  • Implement strategies to optimize workforce efficiency and maintain service levels.

Communication:

  • Maintain open and effective communication channels with team leads, supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide timely updates on real-time performance and communicate adjustments made to address operational needs.

Adaptability:

  • Quickly adapt to changing business needs, making real-time adjustments to workforce plans and schedules.
  • Anticipate and proactively respond to potential disruptions in workflow.

  • Stay informed about the latest technological advancements in real-time monitoring.

Performance Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze real-time performance reports, providing insights into trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
  • Share reports and findings with relevant stakeholders.

Training and Development:

  • Contribute to the development of training programs related to real-time monitoring best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with contact center operations and service level management.
