Responsibilities:
Some basic duties include but are not limited to:
Daily monitoring of all RTDS applications as directed by the training guides provided
Proper and thorough etiquette in all communications to the client
Assisting with setup of newly purchased equipment and maintenance of equipment in stock
Inventory of RTDS supplies
Completion of all required training per given time lines
Maintain minimum score of 95% accuracy on RTDS Skill Assessments
Submission of Knowledge Base Articles quarterly as directed Performance Objectives
Field Visit done regurarly done as required for rig up and rig down
Training field engineers on the system
Test and configure Hardware / software utilised for data transmission and aggregation.
Data monitoring as required
Password resets/ New User Accounts
Support client website access issues
Client permissions (With assistance from senior support member)
LAS file loading
Basic network troubleshooting
New equipment configuration
Received equipment configuration
Report with senior engineers on the progress of installation and support
Must understand and comply with all QHSE policies of WeatherfordQualifications:
Criteria: Minimum 2-3+ years field related experience - High School diploma (or Secondary School Diploma or equivalent) as minimum. Prefered 2 years College degree
