Job Description:
The ReCa Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts in the Restaurant and Café (ReCa) sector. This role involves driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to enhance market presence and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the ReCa sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
- Provide training and support to clients on product features and benefits.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
