SIHAMCO is seeking an experienced and dedicated Reception Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within fine dining or casual fine dining restaurants. As a Reception Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the reception area, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing the reception team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Guest Relations: Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional reception experience.
- Team Management: Supervise and train reception staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and exceptional customer service.
Reservations Management:
Oversee the reservations system, manage bookings, and coordinate with the dining team to optimize seating arrangements.Customer Service:
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.Administrative Duties: Maintain reception area organization, manage phone lines, and oversee guest correspondence.
- Coordination: Liaise with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and communication between departments.
Standards Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Reception Supervisor or similar role in fine dining or casual fine dining restaurants.Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and excellent organizational skills.Knowledge: Familiarity with reservation systems and front-of-house operations in a fine dining environment.

Education:
Relevant hospitality or management qualifications are a plus.
