Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
  • Checking, replying to, and directing email correspondence to the concerned departments. Responding to quotations and sending them as needed.
  • Coordinating and allocating required training or inspections to the concerned personnel.
  • Typing data in Excel, printing ID cards, and certificates for training sessions.
  • Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
  • Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
  • Handling front desk walk-in requirements.
  • Offering guests tea, coffee, and water.
  • Maintaining files and ensuring the office is orderly and presentable to uphold office decorum.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Experience working with emails, including Microsoft Word, Excel and powerpoint.
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Smart with good memory power, high IQ, and common sense.
  • Age: Up to 30 years.
  • Nationality: Indian, Filipina.
  • Gender: Female.

Salary:

- AED 2500-3000 per month + Medical Insurance and air ticket after every 2 years.
