Job Description

WebDenso.com is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and supporting various departments as needed. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities management to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
Data Management: Maintain and organize company records, databases, and files, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and coordination with vendors.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, managing phone calls, emails, and mail.
Project Assistance: Support various projects by conducting research, preparing reports, and coordinating with team members.Financial Support: Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, managing petty cash, and tracking expenses.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with office management software and tools is a plus.
