Job Description
Greet and welcome visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Responding to clients inquires either they were received through phone calls, what's app or SMS.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to callers and visitors.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Collaborate with other team members to provide support in busy periods

Profile:
Ability to maintain a positive attitude

Proven work experience as a Real estate admin, Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Good in English
CRM experience is a plus
Effective Communication skills in both verbal and written forms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office equipment
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with a positive attitude
Experience in a similar role is preferred
