Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Casafina Home Furnishing located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Receptionist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service. The Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our clients and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Qualifications

• Phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
• Experience in receptionist duties and clerical skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of inquiries
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Prior experience in the interior design industry is a plus
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
• Salary considered for the position is 48,000 DHS to 58,000 DHS per year.
