Liban Lait is the name of the largest dairy farm in Lebanon, founded in 1997. Liban Lait produces and distributes dairy products in Lebanon. It has a franchise agreement with Candia, the leading producers of UHT milk in France, allowing it to manufacture and distribute products under the Candia brand name.

Job Description:
Are you a people person with excellent communication skills Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the first point of contact for a company If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
2.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
3.Provide accurate information in person and via phone/email.
4.Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
5.Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
6.Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
7.Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
8.Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
1.High school diploma or equivalent.
2.Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5.Professional attitude and appearance.
6.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
7.Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
