Perform assigned duties as per internal SOP standards and company procedures.
Greeting and directing each visitor by providing an overall welcoming environment as per guest accommodation protocol to ensure outstanding customer experience.
Timely respond to all inquiries and consult walk-in guests at the reception, over the phone/email/whatsapp to promote treatments based on guest concerns.
Coordinate branch front-desk activities and answer all incoming phone calls.
Oversee the bookings of treatments and ensure that treatments are allocated to each therapist and that the staffing roaster is geared up at all time making sure that all treatments are available for booking and will be carried out smoothly.
Upload staffing roaster on CRM, manage daily bookings, reminders & cancellations.
Increase customer satisfaction and effectively manage customer complaints.
Follow-up with customers to ensure retuned bookings and customer retention.
Provide customer support to resolve any guest issues, follow escalation procedure.
Develop sales techniques and help the branch staff to reach set sales targets.
Be responsible for the branch reception operations and waiting areas.
Organize and manage set up of the work area; carry out checks ensuring that reception, waiting and common areas are always clean, safe and hygienic.
Maintain accurate reporting for cash, daily/weekly/monthly reports, forward all incoming invoices, ensure economical and safe use of all supplies and equipment.
Market your branch and support retail marketing strategies, promotions, activations.
Present a warm, personable and professional appearance to guests at all times.
Provide a direct communication with Branch Manager to ensure that management is informed of customer complaints or any breaches in internal SOPs.
Actively participate in learning and development initiatives that will help to deliver higher levels of customer service to the clients and compliance to internal policies.
Participate in new product or machines demos and help in implementing new modalities.
Perform other assigned duties when requested by the Management.
