Al Saheeh Group is hiring for a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant for their offices in the U.A.E. The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with experience in the construction industry, a go-getter and a team player. The candidate must be organized and must keep a pleasant and professional appearance at all times.
Duties will involve :
- Taking calls, replying to emails,preperation of letters and official documentation in coordination with different departments, welcoming in customers and visitors to company premises
Ensure documentation is proper and is properly filed in right sections, based on company requirements- Ensure proper upkeep of premsies, records, company stationery and equipment
Monitor and log necessary information
- Arranging & coordinating meetings, events and other company activities
Taking Minutes of meetings and sharing them to the relevant teams and team members- Assisting HR to arrange interviews and managing candidates
Assist Accounts if needed for invoicing and other tasks
- Taking care of administrative tasks, such as renewals, payments, portal management, maintenance etc.
Arranging of travel arrangements and other required arrangements for the C-Suite and other team members- Arrange and handle training for new employees in the team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,- 00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate: - Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:Experience:
U.A.E/G.C.C Construction Industry: 2 years (Required)
