Greet patients & register new patients and assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation
Verify and update patient information in the data system
Inform patients of dental office procedures and policy
Schedule patients appointments
Confirm upcoming appointments and recalls according to
office protocol
Inform patients of financial treatment plan options
Handle angry patients
Responsible for patient satisfaction
Maintain a professional reception area
Working Conditions:
Working Days (5 Days per week)
Days off: Two days off
Job Requirements
Professional attitude and appearance
Good looking and Presentable
Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation
