Answering and Managing Phone Calls:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide accurate information to callers and take messages when required.
- Handle inquiries and redirect calls to the appropriate department.
Administrative Support:
- Perform basic clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Maintaining Reception Area:
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable.
Stock and maintain inventory of office supplies and brochures.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
Additional Duties:
- Assist other departments with special projects and tasks as needed.
Handle any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
