The receptionist serves as the face of our establishment, providing warm greetings, efficient scheduling, and seamless customer service to every visitor. Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and make them feel at ease upon arrival.
• Efficiently manage appointment bookings and walk-in traffic to optimize stylists schedules.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area, ensuring a comfortable environment for customers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold high standards of customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Skills and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service, receptionist, or similar role preferred.
