Job Description
Location: Cairo, New Cairo, Egypt
Responsible for maintaining the company main gate and telephone calls according to Schindler standards.
Meeting visitors and informing related employee.
Responsible for all correspondences from/to the company according to company regulations. (Faxes, mail, invoices) and to distribute to related department.
Responsible for customer call-handling processes and efficient dispatching.
Implement appropriate escalation process in order to ensure that all calls are handled effectively.
Maintain HR different functions. Independently in some of it and in collaboration with HRD/Team in others, i.e.: new comers orientation program, , attendance, employee needs, ...etc.
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, processing confidential reports and documents.
Handle all employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality.
Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department.

Education and Specialty:
Bachelor s degree in business administration or any relevant field.
Specific Training and Qualification:
MS Office advanced knowledge
Fluency in English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience Required:
1+ year being employed in the sector or experience in Administration.
