ISG Jubail seeks a dynamic Receptionist/Secretary with a passion for customer service aimed at both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have administrative support experience covering functions that would include parent and school community support and communications, maintaining supplies, recordkeeping, and supporting our social media and technology initiatives The candidate must also exhibit an appreciation and respect for our host country's history, culture, and language. This person should demonstrate: innovation, flexibility, and organizational planning. ISG Jubail has a strong sense of community. Position Duties

With regards to the specific role, the successful candidate will be able to effectively:
- Operate and organize the reception office.
- Greet and receive visitors, parents, students, and employees.
- Provide customer service and meet informational needs of all stakeholders.
- Answer phone calls and redirect as necessary.
- Sort and distribute messages, mail, etc.
- Maintain school supplies and process stationery requests for purchasing.
- Maintain office and classroom supplies, and process related payments if applicable.
- Keep the inventory of keys for classrooms and offices; support distribution to teachers.
- Create and distribute ID cards for ISG Jubail staff, parents, and students.
- Assign vehicle stickers to parents, staff, and compounds.
- Stay updated on the department's daily activities, including important meetings
- Work with the Assistant Principal on emergency procedures and updates.
- Update ISG Jubail internal documents (staff directory, telephone emergency tree, school map).
- Maintain the master calendar for school events and prepare the weekly MSHS assessment calendar for distribution.
- Manage and report absentees, late arrivals, and early departures throughout the day.
- Manage student and staff lost and found items.
- Administer t-shirt and merchandise sales.
- Assist with filing, typing, correspondence, and general office duties as required.
- Assist with the administration of events/tournaments as needed.
- Maintain updated contact information for school stakeholders.
- Liaise with security for visitor access.
- Provide assistance to substitute teachers if applicable.
- Arrange couriers if applicable.
- Ensure an orderly and professional work area.
- Support occasional classroom coverage.
- Occasionally support independent projects as required by the administrative team.
- Perform other duties assigned by your principal or supervisor.
Qualifications And Knowledge
The candidate must have:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a related field of study Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
